Broadgate Park is a large, vibrant student community of over 2,000 University of Nottingham students, located less than a 10-minute walk from University Park Campus.

Operated by UPP in partnership with the University, it offers a wide range of self-catered accommodation options — from standard and ensuite rooms in cluster flats to studios and twin rooms — providing a well-established, supportive environment for both new and returning students.
